The new regulations require businesses to be able to supply correct & up to date information to consumers on what Allergens are in the foods being offered from that business.

This 2 hour seminar will give you the information you need to comply with the regulations namely;

-What Allergens are

– What Allergens are covered by the new regulations

– The importance of controlling Allergens at work

– The risk of giving false information – The risk of cross contamination of ingredients

The regulations apply to all businesses that supply all packed and non pre packed foods- Restaurants, canteens, deli’s, bars, events
