Join us for the first in the series of one-to-one interviews, on Friday, 20 November. MHA Larking Gowen partner, Becky Ames, will host an interview and Q&A with Carole Burman and Charlotte Bate, from MAD-HR.

Carole has over 25 years’ experience working in the world of HR. She has worked for blue-chip companies in FMCG and department store retailing, manufacturing, warehousing & distribution and automotive retail. Carole created MAD-HR in 2014, as she wanted to bring a new brand of HR to East Anglia, and was joined by Charlotte in 2016.

Charlotte has over 15 years’ experience as an HR professional, trainer and executive coach. Charlotte has supported chief executives, boards of directors, entrepreneurs, and business professionals from global businesses to small family run businesses, to get real results through great HR practices that don’t cost the earth.
