Mental Health Awareness – Golf Tournament 2026

Join us for a day of golf, networking and fundraising in support of mental health awareness.

For 15 years, Ness M Care Services has been a nurse-led care company providing high-quality, person-centred, home-based care. We are passionate about supporting the wellbeing of individuals and the communities we serve, and we believe that raising awareness, reducing stigma and encouraging open conversations around mental health can make a real difference.

The event commemorates World Mental Health Day and brings local businesses and the community together to support Swaffham District Mental Health Awareness.

Our fundraising target is £1,500, with all funds raised donated to Swaffham District Mental Health Awareness.
