Lead On – Leadership and Management Programme – ILM Level 5 (Autumn 26)

Lead On is a 12-month development programme and qualification for established Middle and First Line Managers ready to increase their impact. Whether it’s leading change, driving innovation and stepping towards senior responsibility.

Four virtual workshops, real workplace application in between and a cohort of managers from other organisations facing the same challenges.

Delivered virtually by Zoom, we bring together managers from across the UK – no travel required. Throughout the programme you’ll have 1 to 1 direct access to your programme facilitator and our Programme Director, not just your cohort group. 

Includes: ILM Level 5 Award (registration, assessment, certification), a CAKE facilitator throughout, Access to CAKE Connect our online learning platform, 12 months’ Institute of Leadership studying membership and all course materials.
