Learn and explore the key areas you need to consider when starting your own food and drink business. The course will be delivered in four 3-hour sessions covering the following topics. Session 1 – 18th of May 5:30-8:30pm – Developing the Right Product Session 2 – 25th of May 5:30-8:30pm – Customers & Where To Find Them Session 3 – 1st of June 5:30-8:30pm – How It’s Made & How It Gets There Session 4 – 9th of June 5:30-8:30pm – The Business & Making It Happen You will be given an overview of the elements of running your own food business, and you will have the confidence to drive your business forward successfully. Please note that we will require you to attend all 4 sessions.
