Health and Safety in the Workplace: Getting it Right
Health and safety is a minefield for all employers regardless of size or sector and non compliance can have serious consequences, both for businesses and their employees. Join Howes Percival Solicitors, who have teamed up with health and safety experts Redcat Partnership, in this forthcoming free breakfast seminar focusing on the legal and practical considerations of health and safety in the workplace.
Redcat Partnership will be providing practical tips to delegates in relation to compliance with health and safety obligations, including the communication and implementation of policies and procedures. The team at Howes Percival will focus on health and safety from a legal perspective, concentrating on the responsibilities of employers, enforcement and prosecution. The session will also include a practical case study : “When an Inspector Calls” to provide delegates with invaluable insight into interviews under caution.
The session is free to attend and is a must for Business-owners, Directors, Partners, Senior Managers, HR Professionals and Health and Safety Professionals, as well as anyone else who has responsibility for health and safety compliance within their business.
