Prerequisites for the course: you must have a Facebook profile and be familiar with the main features of Facebook. Please bring with you a laptop (course is designed around the setting on a laptop)

This hands-on practical half day workshop will introduce you to Facebook and its business pages. We will cover:

• Enhancing your Facebook page

• Posting, scheduling and managing your page

• Changing identities

• Tips to encourage ‘following’ and ‘liking’ your page

• Running marketing campaigns

• Best practices for page engagement
