This event is run by Indigo Swan with the aim to inform, inspire and engage businesses around the topic of energy in property and people. This event is titled ‘Energise Your Business’ with the aim to inform, inspire and engage businesses around the topic of energy in property and people. This will include the energy sector, sustainability, the culture of a business and energy within the workplace, as well as an individual’s personal energy levels and mental health. As well as listening to our guest speakers, there will be the opportunity to network with business leaders. Lunch and refreshments will be included. We are excited to welcome a range of local speakers, who are each experts in their chosen field including the energy sector, sustainability and local net zero projects. More details on our speakers to be confirmed soon. We will also be running a panel session in the afternoon with four experts who will be sharing their own knowledge and experience around the theme of ‘people and culture’. Our headline speaker is the amazing Diane Youdale, aka, Jet from Gladiators who will be speaking about how to motivate and engage your people, as well as sharing her personal career journey. Diane has over twenty years experience in psychotherapy and counselling and many more in teaching fitness. Indigo Swan are running this as a not for profit event, and any surplus funds will go equally to our two charities of the year: East Anglian Air Ambulance and Norwich Foodbank.
