Dr Helen Fitzhugh, (Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia) will be giving a talk at the CIPD applied research conference on 21 January.

The talk (10:10 – 11:35) will look at ‘The benefits and challenges of increased remote working in relation to police wellbeing and performance: A diary study in an English constabulary’. This diary study, and supporting qualitative insight, examines the experiences of police employees working for an English constabulary during the COVID19 crisis. Initial indications from qualitative feedback suggest that remote working was more beneficial for performance than anticipated.

You can find out more about Dr Fitzhugh’s talk, as well as all of the other interesting talks happening throughout the day and purchase tickets on the event website
