Member Event: Barbersride 2025

Sound the horn and fire up your engines! The BarbersRide adventure is BACK for its 9th consecutive year. After kicking off at Lind Harley-Davidson in Newmarket on 2nd August, the epic road trip will blaze a trail to Captain Fawcett’s HQ for a rip roaring Sunday night shindig!

To celebrate, the Captain is summoning motorcycle lovers from every corner of the realm. Roaring into HQ, Platinum Club Racing – the Official Kawasaki Road Racing Team – will be in attendance with their magnificent Isle of Man TT Kawasaki ZX10RR Superbike. I say!

And whether you ride scramblers, cruisers, café racers, or magnificent vintage beasts, you’re invited to the ultimate bikers’ bash! Don’t ride? Come and feel the noise!

THE SHINDIG:

Hosted by the Captain’s very own Right Hand Man (BarbersRide co-founder, sponsor and rider), this evening promises a riot of revelry with:  

•       Scrumptious Fish ’n’ Chips and more available to buy

•       The world-renowned Captain Fawcett bar in full swing

•       Top tunes, good vibes and bodacious biker banter

Since its first wild ride in 2017, BarbersRide has raised a simply jaw-dropping £183,000 for charity. But they’re not stopping there.

Let’s smash the record in 2025! Huzzah!

And to cap it all, Captain Fawcett’s Marvellous Barbershop Museum will be open for the delectation and delight of curious visitors from far and wide. Discover tonsorial treasures dating back over 400 years – each with a fascinating story to tell! Owner and curator Richie Finney, will be on hand to share a tale or two about his remarkable personal collection – believed to be the largest of its kind anywhere in the world!
