We are talking part in the Norfolk Gluten Freedom Expo at the Forum – by presenting our 14 Top Tips to Food Allergen Management. whilst aimed at the catering industry this is equally suited to those who cook at home!

Sarah has worked for the Food Standards Agency, The CIEH and The Intitute of Food Safety Integrity & Protection on Allergy Managment- including training of Enforcement Officers and developing Training Materials. she also actively manages allergies at the RedCat’s Training/ Meeting room venue!
