Follow-up virtual group coaching sessions (on Microsoft Teams):
– Session 1: Wednesday 26 February 2026 | 1:00 – 2:00 PM
– Session 2: Wednesday 2 April 2026 | 1:00 – 2:00 PM
About the Workshop
Running a business with ADHD can feel like having a Ferrari with Bicycle brakes.
This 3-hour interactive workshop helps you harness your ADHD strengths, manage the challenges, and design ways of working that fit better with your brain.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use the same day — plus follow-up coaching to keep you accountable and supported as you apply what you learn.
What You’ll Learn
– Understand your ADHD wiring – how it shows up in business and why traditional advice doesn’t always work
– Play to your strengths – creativity, energy, resilience, and hyperfocus as competitive advantages
– Tackle key challenges – procrastination, time-blindness, overwhelm, and decision fatigue
– Use practical tools – chunking, timers, body-doubling, prioritisation and focus frameworks
– Redesign your environment – systems and structures that work with your ADHD, not against it
– Build supportive habits – accountability, peer support, and simple routines that stick
Beyond the Workshop
Your learning continues with two virtual group-coaching sessions, designed to help you embed change and share progress with peers:
1. Session 1 (26 February): From Awareness to Action — celebrate quick wins, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your personal systems.
2. Session 2 (2 April): Keeping Momentum — sustain progress, adapt for busy seasons, and design your ongoing ADHD success toolkit.
Who It’s For
Entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small-business owners who:
– Have been diagnosed or identify with ADHD, or
– Suspect they may be neurodiverse and want to work with their brain, not against it.
No formal diagnosis required — just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
