Good Running Events create a wide range of running and challenge events to cater for a wide demographic of participants – all the way from fun runners to ultra challenge participants. The Hamlet supports and enriches the lives of children and adults with disabilities and their families at three specialist locations in Norwich. Established in 1972 the charity has evolved from a humble toy library into one that offers a range of high-quality specialist services for children and adults from birth. The children and young people who access our services have a range of profound disabilities and complex health needs, some of whom are in receipt of palliative care or have an acquired head injury. Their illness, disability and/ or sensory impairments means that they require additional help and support in their day to day lives.

Each year we support over 400 families throughout Norfolk promoting integration and inclusion by breaking down the barriers that often exist for people with disabilities. We work closely with the local authority and other organisations to ensure the best of care and support for our families.
