Key Services:
Day and Night Care: This is receiving highly skilled care in the comfort of your own home, when you need it. Care staff come and go at the times you prefer, Ness M Care offers flexible care plans to suit individual schedules.
Live-in Care:Our Live in Care service provides for a highly trained care worker to live and care for a person in their own home. Live in care offers value for money because we combine highly skilled 1:1 personal care, companionship and light household into a single cost that keeps a person in the comfort of their home. It is comprehensive, continuous support for a greater sense of security and an alternative to a care home.
Complex Care:This is Home Based care that requires trained Health care Assistants or Nurses to deliver specialist care for a person living with Complex Health Care needs. This includes conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Parkinson’s Disease, Spinal Cord Injury, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdon’s disease, Dementia
Respite Care: Provides short-term care for an individual, offering a temporary break for their primary caregiver. This service helps prevent caregiver burnout and allows for rest, travel, or time to attend to other personal matters. Care can be provided in the person’s home or at Ness M Care residential facility.
Hospital Discharge Care: This service assists individuals transitioning from a hospital stay back to their home. It involves a coordinated plan to ensure a safe and smooth recovery, including setting up necessary support and equipment, and providing care tailored to the person’s needs.
Reablement Care: A goal-oriented, short-term service that helps individuals regain skills and confidence to live independently. It focuses on supporting people to relearn daily tasks such as dressing, cooking, and personal hygiene, often after an illness, injury, or hospital stay.
End of life and Palliative Care: Care provided in the final months or years of life to ensure comfort and dignity. Focuses on managing pain and other symptoms, providing emotional, social, and spiritual support for both the person and their family.
Supported Living:Includes Home Based Care & Support for People with Learning Disability and Mental healthcare needs.Support workers help them live as independent as possible, assisting with daily living activities while promoting personal choice, social inclusion, and skill-building.
