Our learning journey began in 1994, when our Managing Director Dennis Blackmore established Learning Resources UK from his home in Norfolk on behalf of our parent company, based in Vernon Hills, Chicago, to provide high quality educational products to schools and homes across the UK and Europe. The company continued to grow every year and in 2006 the business acquired Educational Insights, based in Los Angeles, California with the common aim in delivering fun and experiential learning experiences for children. We are extremely proud to include these products within our family of brands, which includes GeoSafari®, Hot Dots® and Playfoam®. Our heritage and the trusted relationships we have built over the years, are the cornerstone of our success, enabling us to continually evolve as our business continues to grow, meeting the needs of teachers, parents and other mentors, whilst enabling children to discover their world through exploration, imagination and most importantly fun!
