As a family run business that has enjoyed steady, organic growth since its inception in 2012, we take pride in our personable and comprehensive after-sales care. We are always just a call or email away for any advice, support or no obligation quotes.
With our dedicated in-house service department, including full-time engineer and workshop facilities, we are also able to repair, refurbish and maintain just about any make of commercial coffee equipment. Any equipment purchase also includes the following free of charge:
- Delivery
- Full installation
- Barista training
With plenty of experience in the field, we fully understand the implications of being without a coffee machine, so we aim to respond to any machine breakdowns within 24 hours. Rest assured, our vans carry a comprehensive range of spare parts and our aim is to complete a first time fix – every time.
While we are based in Lenwade, Norwich and most of our customers are Norfolk based, we also regularly cover parts of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. We offer a prompt local delivery service that is completely free of charge when complying with our minimum order amount of £70.
Rest assured, we are not just a wholesale company – you can always pop in for your coffee fix to enjoy at home. In 2022 we are opening our brand new showroom, allowing us to feature and demonstrate our bestselling range of commercial espresso and bean-to-cup coffee machines.
