Break, changing young lives, is a registered charity providing a range of services for vulnerable children, young people and families. We support young people in care and moving on; children and young people with disabilities, families in need of support and children at risk, across East Anglia.
Our services include children’s homes, moving on from care, mentoring, short breaks, fostering, family assessments and various other services for families.
