We has been trading for more than 15 years, and is a sister company to a recruitment specialist company, MT Select that has been operating for over 50 years, and Workagain, which was set up in 2020 to provide outplacement support. All companies form part of MTS Management Services Ltd.
Our team of Consultants have extensive experience of working within various employment sectors and HR consultancy, and many years of practical, commercial experience of working in Human Resource Management, Employment Law and Health & Safety Management.
We provide HR expertise primarily to small and medium sized organisations, and we pride ourselves on the fact that we have a high level of client retention, which reflects the flexible and high-quality service we provide to our clients. Our core business values are our knowledge and our integrity.
We also pride ourselves on giving business solutions to HR problems for our clients, by asking them what they ultimately want to achieve, and providing them with a number of possible solutions, together with highlighting any potential risks that this course of action might entail.
Our client base spreads over all three employment sectors, ranging from manufacturing, engineering, construction, through to retail, hotel and catering, health and social care, and the third sector.
We have a growing reputation for the delivery of excellent people management training, both face to face and online. We run public training courses each year in two locations (Cambridge and Norwich) on a range of people management subjects, as well as free online monthly bulletins. Many of our clients find these courses and webinars very beneficial. Indeed, as part of their management development programme, we have some that do block bookings for their key Managers to attend.
We are not an insurance-based HR provider, as we find this can lead to very low risk advice being given which isn’t always the best option for the client, either time-wise, financially or both. Whilst we can never say never, employees can be unpredictable, but it is always our intention that the advice we provide will endeavour to reduce the threat of Tribunal action.
