Jacqueline Silver is a former Headteacher with over twenty-five years’ experience in leadership, education and well-being. She has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, and in 2020 led a school to the finals of the TES Independent School Awards in the category ‘Creativity beyond the strictures of the Conventional Curriculum’. Relocating to Norfolk in 2022, Jacqueline now works part-time as Head of Guildhall Young Artists Norwich (part of Guildhall School of Music and Drama) and for The Actors Lounge, national Spotlight Accredited Acting Training for adult learners of all ages and abilities.
Jacqueline originally gained a PGCE in Drama at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, following her English Literature degree and professional acting training. She funded her early studies by working in support roles in City law firms, including Dentons, and continues to work in a support role for Dr Margaret Casely-Hayford CBE, former Chair of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
Following her training at Guildhall School of Music and Drama in Executive Coaching and Mentoring with Guildhall Ignite, Jacqueline is able to coach individuals and teams across all professional fields and levels. In addition, she can support anyone looking to build their confidence in their public speaking and presentation skills or those who are looking for 1:1 Acting Coaching, including Drama School applicants.
