Rippleacts is a social enterprise supporting long-term unemployed people in Norfolk through coaching, mentoring and practical projects. We deliver renowned group coaching courses, helping people to improve their wellbeing and self-confidence. We also run practical work experience projects for local non-profit organisations, creating “ripple impact” by empowering and upskilling our participants while supporting another good cause.
We offer a variety of coaching and training courses to businesses and organisations looking to support their employees with their wellbeing, self-confidence and clarity. We are in the process of developing trainings on mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace, co-designed with our participants.
