PCL Ceramics has over twenty years’ experience in product development in ceramic technology and offer a truly innovative range of products. We specialise in a range of high pressure casting systems including, casting machines, moulds and materials. Our high pressure casting systems are in use worldwide by the world’s largest sanitaryware manufacturers. We service the sanitaryware, tableware and technical ceramics industries.
We are a privately owned British company. The group was originally formed in the 1940’s developing membranes and microporous materials. In 1991 Porvair Ceramics Ltd. was launched to design, build and manufacture high pressure casting systems. In 2003, following an MBO, Porvair Ceramics was renamed PCL Ceramics, and has continued to expand and develop new products.
In 2014, we became the proud winners of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in international trade. We pride ourselves on our innovation and customer support services. Our products are developed and tailored to meet customer requirements.
