By learning to recognise the signs that someone may be unwell, you may be able to provide initial help, to guide a person towards appropriate professional help, and in its most powerful form, save a life by learning basic suicide intervention skills.

Our MHFA Lite course is an introductory three hour mental health awareness course. By the end of the course you’ll be able to: _Define mental health and some common mental health issues _Identify stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health issues _Relate to people’s experiences and support people in distress _Look after your own mental health.
