Lead Beyond – CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (Autumn 26)

Lead Beyond is a 12-month senior leadership journey built around protected strategic thinking time. Four in-person workshops alongside fellow directors, executives and entrepreneurs, with expert facilitation and a CMI Level 7 qualification to show for it.

Held at a bespoke venue in Norfolk or Suffolk, hand-picked by our Programme Director (think boutique meeting space, not hotel conference room)with food and drinks provided throughout. A proper change of scenery, giving you the space to think strategically away from the office.

Includes: CMI Level 7 Certificate (registration, assessment, verification), individual facilitator feedback, CAKEconnect, 12 months’ CMI learner membership, all course materials.
