Have Your Say and Help Shape Norfolk Chambers Membership
We are on a mission to make Norfolk Chambers membership work harder for businesses across Norfolk, and we need your help to do it.
We have launched a brand new survey to better understand what businesses in Norfolk truly value from a membership organisation. Whether you are a current member, a previous member, or have never joined us, we want to hear from you. Every response will help us build a membership offer that is relevant, practical, and genuinely useful to businesses of all shapes and sizes across the region.
Why are we doing this?
Businesses change, and so do their needs. What worked five years ago may not be what Norfolk businesses need today. We are committed to making sure our membership offer keeps pace with the challenges and opportunities facing businesses right now, and the best way to do that is to ask the people who matter most.
The survey covers everything from the features and benefits you value most to the kind of support you would ideally want from a business membership organisation. There are no right or wrong answers. We simply want to understand what would make membership genuinely worthwhile for your business.
What happens with your feedback?
Every response is completely confidential and handled in line with GDPR. Your feedback will be used to directly inform how we develop and shape our membership offer going forward. It will not be possible to identify any individual in the findings, and your personal data will not be retained or shared with any third party.
What is in it for you?
