Free event to help regional catering business and supply chain reap the rewards of sustainable catering products and processes.

The event will: • help you operate to a higher sustainability standard by, for example, using compostable catering products and reducing waste; • discuss the barriers to becoming more sustainable, such as cost implications and waste disposal routes; • help you enhance the reputation of your business through improving your environment credentials ; • provide an opportunity to network with other sustainable catering businesses.
