Donation-based Chair Yoga Session
Friday 14th August | 08.00 – 08.30 | Live Online
This Friday is Global Yoga Therapy Day and I’m offering a short donation-based class in recognition of this. If you can’t make it live, feel free to resister and I’ll send you the recording.
This session is a chair-based practice which will remind us that gentle can be powerful and simple can be impactful.
The session is open to everyone – no experience of yoga is needed.
You can do this at home, or even in your office at your desk.
No need for a mat or yoga clothes.
The session is run on a donation basis with donations going to The Hospital Rooms, an amazing charity that brings creativity, colour and kindness to mental health hospitals.
Just come as you are, ready to take a moment to pause, to breathe and to bring some ease into tight corners and feel the impact on your day.

About Anna & Yoga Therapy
Hi, I am a Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher. I’ve recently moved to Norwich from London.
Yoga comes in many different shapes and forms (just as humans and life does). It’s power can be felt when we are fit and healthy, and it can be felt when we feel unbalanced or a bit broken.
Just as we change in life, so can our practice, but it is there for us throughout it all.
As a qualified Yoga Therapist (certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapist – IAYT since 2013) I work with people to support them in an embodied approach to wellbeing.
We work one-to-one and our journey begins with a detailed consultation to find out more about you, what’s impacting your wellbeing and your goals to move towards it.
We then explore simple but powerful practices (which could include movement, breath work, meditation, relaxation, yoga nidra, self-compassion) that you can build into your life to bring greater balance and ease. I often record these so you have your personalised practice at the touch of a button to be guided through.
Practices are often short and simple so that they can realistically be woven within your week. When undertaken regularly they can have a real impact. They could be practices that you step on the mat for, or that you weave within the fabric of your day.
Over the years its felt such a privilege to support people whether they are seeking support with anxiety, depression, cancer, pain or chronic conditions. It can be a reminder that even when we don’t feel ‘well’ we can find ways to feel more at ease within it. Which can make life feel so difference.
If you feel that this may be something you are interested in, please do get in touch. I work with people both in person and online.
