Aim; to enable delegates to look at their own workplace activities, and themselves, and to contribute towards control strategies

• To explain the causes of stress in the work place

• To be able to identify symptoms of stress in themselves and colleagues

• To advise on, and to be able to help implement controls

• To monitor themselves and colleagues

Organisation;

Duration; half day

Exam/Assessment; delegates are required to complete a self-evaluation, with subsequent detailed feedback from the tutor (a copy of which is then passed back to the delegate before sending to CIEH)

Cost; £99.00 +VAT pre delegate for an open course. In-house course for up to 10 people; £450.00 +VAT

Tutor; Sarah Daniels

Differentiation; no prior knowledge necessary. The Level 2 Award in Health and Safety is advantageous, alongside the employers own induction training. An open mind, and willingness to evaluate and be honest about yourself are essential.
