In this seminar, we will outline different ways to grow, realise and extract value from your business in both the near and longer term.
The session will be led by Chris Adlam, Corporate Finance partner at FRP in Norwich and along with his team he will unpack a variety of exit and growth options available to business owners, including:
– trade sale
– management buy-out and
– sale to employee ownership trust
FRP will outline the key considerations in each scenario, including valuation, current market dynamics and typical process and there will be time for Q&A at the end.
Glen Webster, Regional Business Banking Manager for Barclays in East Anglia will also be on hand for questions and to outline Barclays guidance & support for SMEs on a Growth journey
The event will be held at FRP’s offices in Norwich on 26th April 2022 from 4-30pm to 5-30pm, with welcome and refreshments from 4pm onwards.
