Norfolk business is celebrated at another successful Royal Norfolk Show Business Zone
Norfolk’s business community is celebrating another hugely successful Royal Norfolk Show after the Norfolk Chambers Business Zone welcomed thousands of visitors across two packed days of networking, collaboration and commercial opportunity.
Hosted by Norfolk Chambers and supported by the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association, the Business Zone brought together over 50 exhibitors from across the county, creating a vibrant business zone where members and non-members alike showcased their products and services, built valuable new relationships and demonstrated the innovation, expertise, and ambition that exists across Norfolk’s business community.
From the moment the show opened until the final conversations on Thursday afternoon, the Business Zone was buzzing with activity. Exhibitors engaged with a constant stream of visitors, many reporting excellent commercial conversations, new partnerships and, in several cases, sales that had already covered the cost of exhibiting before the event was into Day Two.
The Business Zone exists to make exhibiting at the Royal Norfolk Show accessible and cost-effective for businesses of every size, particularly for SMEs. By bringing organisations together under the Norfolk Chambers banner, it creates a dedicated space where businesses can raise their profile, collaborate, network and do business in one of the busiest commercial environments in the county.
Norfolk Chambers would like to extend its sincere thanks to every exhibitor whose enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment helped create such a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors throughout the two-day event.
The Chambers would also like to thank all of its sponsors, whose support before and during the event played a vital role in making the Business Zone such a success. Their investment helped create an environment where Norfolk businesses could connect, collaborate and network.
A special thank you to our Headline Sponsor UEA for Business, who epitomised what a great headline sponsorship looks like, promoting the show and delivering free, expert business clinics across both days. Thanks to Norfolk Business Board for sponsoring Sunset Drinks; National Grid for sponsoring the breakfast; Chet Valley Vineyard and Redwells for providing drinks for Sunset Drinks and the ‘It’s a Wrap’ party; Uptech for seamless Wi-Fi throughout the Business Zone; IQ Workspace for once again creating a welcoming and professional Business Zone environment; and the official photographer Paul Macro for capturing the event so brilliantly. And as ever, a huge thank you to the Norfolk Chambers team, whose dedication behind the scenes kept everything running smoothly.
Nova Fairbank, Chief Executive of Norfolk Chambers of Commerce, said: “The Business Zone is something Norfolk Chambers is incredibly proud to host every year. Our ambition has always been to provide businesses with the most cost-effective way to showcase their brands at the Royal Norfolk Show, while creating a space where Norfolk businesses can genuinely connect, collaborate and support one another. This can only be achieved with the support of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association in enabling us to deliver the Business Zone at an affordable level for our SME business community.
“One of the most rewarding things this year was hearing from exhibitors who had already generated enough business over the two days to recoup their investment, and then some. That’s exactly why we do it. The Business Zone is about much more than exhibiting; it’s about creating opportunities, building relationships and championing Norfolk business.
“We’ll be back next year, bigger and better than ever, and if this year is anything to go by, spaces will go fast. We’d encourage anyone thinking about exhibiting to get booked up early and make sure they don’t miss out.”
Visitors can now relive the highlights of this year’s event by viewing the official Royal Norfolk Show Business Zone photo gallery, showcasing the many memorable moments, conversations and celebrations from across the two days.
