Charlotte is the owner and founder of Taylor Investigations, a private investigation and process serving company based in Norwich. Taylor Investigations service clients across the country as well as internationally offering a range of services to include person tracing, asset tracing, surveillance, digital forensics, process serving, background investigations, employment investigations and genealogy services and family trees.
Charlotte was previously with South Yorkshire Police before setting up Taylor Investigations in 2016. She started the business with £150 to have a website put together, a logo and business cards. From working from her sofa Taylor Investigations now holds a prominent office in Norwich City Centre, employs 7 staff and has a network of investigators and servers across the country and even the world.
Any mistake in business, Charlotte has made it along the way to grow the business and be where she is today. As a strategic partner of The Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte wants to give back to upcoming business leaders and entrepreneurs to signpost, support and offer advice or guidance of how to start out in business, provide support in any debt related matters or due diligence matters and to be an overall sounding board.
