Beginning her career in Oil & Gas and Renewables, before moving into owning her own Business & Marketing consultancy, Nicolle found her passion for developing and growing businesses and individuals. She fulfilled a lifelong dream of working for a well-known sportscar manufacturer in 2019, where she worked in Corporate Strategy, led the Women’s Community driving inclusion, and undertook her Executive MBA with the UEA. Now a Chartered Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of an SME, Nicolle is passionate about Equity, Sustainability, Organisational Design, High-Performance Teams, and Personal Development.
