I have a great passion for supporting people and love building relationships using my ability to connect with individuals while identifying areas for development in line with their personal goals and company objectives.

Industry Experience

I have been running my own builders merchant for the last 10 years but have been in the trade for around 30. I have worked in small and large companies, a manufacturer for 10 years working at a senior level working on sales, operations, manufacturing and working across divisions delivering training and selling a range of products incorporating other areas of the organisation. I also worked alongside Mckinsey (London) in delivering a change programme. So I understand corporate life and running a business

Life outside of work

I am married with two daughters who keep me busy. I also love to keep fit so with going to the gym, I am also a member of a rambling group I find this a good way to switch off from the day to day. I also have a very energetic Doberman who is my soul mate and I find gardening extremely therapeutic.
