Book NowMost of us understand the need to embrace diversity in the workplace but how do we turn being seen ‘doing the right thing’ into something more than hollow virtue signalling? How do we bring about the genuine change that creates a clear business advantage by truly valuing the contribution of all stakeholders?
This session looks at how the different experiences and attitudes of a cognitively diverse team can create real benefits for businesses, colleagues and wider stakeholders. It will consider different management styles and how these impact on the ability to realise the potential of a truly inclusive culture; looking to the extent they encourage the free flow of, perhaps, conflicting opinions and ideas.
Agenda
- Why diversity matters
- Individual diversity
- Social diversity
- Cognitive diversity
- How businesses have leveraged diversity
- Creating a psychologically safe environment
