Claudia was appointed Head of Commercial Development at ZSEA in February 2020 shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic forced the first national lockdown. In May 2020 she became interim Joint Managing Director and led the survival plan to secure ZSEA’s future. She was appointed CEO in March 2021.

All ticket proceeds will go to The Zoological Society of East Anglia, the charity which runs Banham Zoological Gardens in Norfolk and Africa Alive Zoological Reserve in Suffolk
