About The Big C

As a local cancer charity, Big C is here to support anyone affected by cancer, whether that is someone with a cancer diagnosis or their loved ones. The charity provides outstanding holistic care, aiming to improve lives through services at Big C’s warm and welcoming Cancer Support Centres and Hubs as well as online and by telephone. Big C also help to fund world-class research into cancer at Norwich Research Park, provide vital medical equipment and facilities in the county’s main hospitals and work to educate local people about cancer for the future.

Guest Speaker – James Fowler

James is the business development manager for Uptech Ltd. James lost his mum to Ovarian Cancer in 2018 and has continued to work with Cancer charities since then. Riding Ridelondon twice for MacMillan. Uptech has then joined Big C as a corporate partnership, and as part of that partnership James is going to ride 200 miles around Norfolk, in a day, to raise money for Big C.
