She has a background within HR and Organisational Development in the NHS and University Sector, as well as over ten years advising SMEs as a Consultant. With qualifications in Business, HR and Teaching, she has a good working knowledge of employment law and a pragmatic approach to resolving HR issues with an understanding of how small businesses work.
