King’s Lynn BIPC Local Open Day
Are you looking to start a business in West Norfolk? Join us for our first Business Open Day at King’s Lynn Library – you can talk to a range of business advisors and start-up experts, plus access the library’s range of business books and databases and access market research and intellectual property guidance. Our advisors include:
- Shaun Lowthorpe from MENTA Business talking about the ‘Enabling Self-Employment’ programme, including business planning, sales, e-commerce and marketing
- Teresa Kelly from NWES (Norfolk and Waveney Enterprise Service) offering one-to-ones on start-up loans, financial forecasting and bookkeeping
- Tim Gardiner, Employment Partnerships Manager from Access Creative College, talking about apprenticeships
- Marietta Hickman, founder of Cheeky Nibble granola will talk about her experience of starting her own business
