I would like to share my story… I am the founder of Globally Onward, a not-for-profit organisation based in Norwich, which supports and empowers highly skilled immigrants and refugees to restart their careers here in the UK. We also exist to encourage businesses to value diversity and inclusion, and we aim to become an organisation that can bring employers and professional immigrants and refugees together to meet each other’s needs.
