One of Suffolk's top hotels appoints Norwich based marketing agency
Ravenwood Hall Hotel in Bury St Edmunds has awarded a contract to Desire Marketing to create and implement a new marketing strategy.
Commencing in April, Desire Marketing has already created a successful weddings campaign for the Hall, generating a number of leads from couples preparing to get married. A campaign was also delivered for the refurbished Edwardian pavilion, coinciding with a wedding open day, which gained 48 new wedding enquiries and confirmed future bookings.
Desire Marketing has also designed and developed a new website (www.ravenwoodhall.co.uk) to improve the visitor experience following a theme of stay, dine and celebrate. Each month the team will deliver a full marketing plan based on local and seasonal events together with the hotel’s own events and offers that are being run. From hosting a special charity summer ball on June 23rd to the launch of the new summer menus, Father’s Day and Christmas.
