Many SME leaders are reflecting on the past two years and it’s clear that the pandemic will continue to impact the wellbeing of employees for the foreseeable future. Dr Helen Fitzhugh, Senior Research Associate at Norwich Business School is passionate about organisations and research communication. In this webinar, Helen will be sharing the insight she has gathered on workplace wellbeing and productivity. With practical information and suggested resources that make sense to real-life workers and managers in a variety of different settings.

Caroline Castle, Corporate Financial Adviser at Ascot Lloyd, specialises in employee benefits ensuring the employer's financial commitment promotes the greatest benefit for employees. In this webinar, Caroline will be sharing the top 3 types of schemes you can implement to improve employee wellbeing.

Chris Sargisson, CEO at the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce will be hosting the webinar and will be sharing the experiences of businesses the Chambers work with.
